  1. Place the soy milk in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add the oil 2 tablespoons at a time until all the oil is incorporated. (A slow, thin stream works well.) Stir in the remaining ingredients and transfer the mayo into a bowl and store in the refrigerator.
