  1. 1 can black bean s (rinsed)

  2. 1 medium red onion

  3. 1 tsp cumin

  4. 1 tsp chili powder

  5. 1 Tbsp olive oil

  1. In a small saucepan saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Add spices and cook one minute. Add beans and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and mash the beans until desired consistency. Cook for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
