  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1/4 tsp salt

  3. 1/4 tsp pepper

  4. 1 tbsp cooking oil

  5. 40 small peeled (or some unpeeled) garlic cloves

  6. 1/2 C white wine or chicken broth

  7. 1/2 chicken broth

  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  9. 1 tsp dried basil

  10. 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  11. 4 tsp flour

  12. 4 tbsp white wine

  1. Season the chicken with the salt and pepper. Cook with the garlic 2-3 minutes per side in skillet with oil. Slowly add the wine and ½ c of the chicken broth, lemon juice, oregano and basil. Cover and simmer 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from pan. Combine flour and 2 T wine or broth. Stir into the pan juices, bring to boiling and cook 1 minute. Spoon onto chicken. Serve with mashed potatoes
