  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon peel - grated

  4. 5 cups 1185ml Apples - unpeeled, sliced

  5. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Cranberries **TOPPING**

  6. 2/3 cup 41g / 1.4oz Rolled oats

  7. 1/3 cup 53g / 1.9oz Packed brown sugar

  8. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Whole wheat or all-purpose flour

  9. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cinnamon

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Soft margarine - melted

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Filling: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, and lemon peel;mix well. Add apples and cranberries;stir to mix. Spoon into a 6 -cup baking dish.

  2. Topping: In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add melted margarine; stir to mix. Sprinkle topping over filling.

  3. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 40-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and top is brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
