  1. Turkey tenderloins

  2. Marinade

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried thyme

  7. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry white wine

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Honey

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Crushed dried rosemary

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  1. Combine Marinade ingredients. Mix well. Add turkey, coating all sides. Cover and chill for 3 hours or overnight.

  2. Place turkey on grill over medium-hot coals. Cover grill and cook 30 minutes per pound, brushing often with marinade and turning several times. Turkey is done when internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
