  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1 cup organic or low fat marinara sauce

  3. 3/4 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. dry basil

  5. 1 1/2 tsp. dry oregano

  6. 448 g whole wheat, organic or low fat pasta

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat baking pan with nonstick spray. Lay chicken in pan and top with sauce, mozzarella and spices. Cover pan with foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain. Serve chicken over pasta.
