  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dry mustard

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  4. 1 Cayenne

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  6. 2 Eggs - beaten

  7. 1/2 Cider

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  9. Sweet creme

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients. Beat eggs. Heat to boiling and add butter. Stir in dry ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till it thickens. After dressing cools, thin to desired consistency with sweet creme.
