  8. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted,

  9. 1 tablespoon sugar

  10. 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

  11. 1 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  13. 1 pinch ground cinnamon

  14. 1 pinch ground nutmeg

  15. 2 cups corn

  16. 1 cup light cream

  17. 1 cup milk

  18. In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored, 5 - 8 minutes. Add butters, sugars, salt, vanilla,

  19. cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well. Add corn. Stir in cream and milk. Beat egg

  20. whites until stiff; fold into yolk mixture. Pour into a greased 1 - 1/2 quart

  21. 350 for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted

  22. near the center comes out clean. Cover loosely during last 10 minutes of
