  1. 1 Box of Devils Food cake mix (Plus oil , eggs , and water called for on the box)

  2. 1 Small tub of whipped topping (thawed)

  3. 1 Jar caramel ice cream topping

  4. 1 Can sweetened condensed milk

  5. 6 Crushed chocolate toffee candy bars (such as Score or Heath)

  1. Bake cake according to directions in a 13X9 inch pan.

  2. When the cake is cool, using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes in the cake. Try to keep the holes in uniform rows, as close together as possible without collapsing the entire thing.

  3. Slowly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk in each hole until its gone, covering the cake.

  4. Do the same with the caramel ice cream topping.

  5. Let the cake chill for several hours to soak up the syrupy liquids.

  6. Spread the cool whip over the top of the cake in a thick layer.

  7. Sprinkle crushed candy bars over the cool whip.
