  1. 1 lb. fresh tuna

  2. 1 tbsp. minced dill

  3. 1 tsp. capers, rinsed and chopped Salt and pepper to taste

  4. 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

  1. Remove skin from tuna; coarsely chop tuna with a knife or in the food processor. Using a fork, gently blend it with dill, capers, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Makes 4 servings.
