  5. 1 c bulgur

  6. 2/3 c scallions -- sliced

  7. 1/2 c fresh parsley -- lightly

  8. : packed

  9. 2 2/3 TB fresh lemon juice

  10. 3/8 c seedless raisins

  11. 1 1/3 TB corn oil

  12. 1 1/3 TB sesame oil

  13. : black pepper -- to taste

  14. 1. In a large mixing bowl, pour boiling water over

  15. bulgur just enough to cover. Let set for 20 minutes

  16. until water is absorbed and bulgur is tender. 2. Drain

  17. excess water from bulgur and squeeze out any remaining

  18. water, using your hands. 3. Add sliced scallions,

  19. chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice to bulgur. Mix

  20. well, then add remaining ingredients and blend.
