  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 2 dried ancho chiles, stems removed

  5. 2 medium tomatoes, cut in half

  6. 1 large onion, peeled and quartered

  7. 3 cloves garlic, peeled

  8. 2 chayote squash, or 2 large potatoes

  9. 1 pound corn kernels

  10. Small bunch epazote, or substitute cilantro

  11. Fresh lime juice, as needed
