  1. 1 package oatmeal cookie mix (I use Betty Crocker)

  2. 1 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal

  3. 1/2 cup dried fruit (mixed fruit or a single fruit of your choice)and/or coconut.

  4. 1/2 cup chopped, toasted nut s

  5. 1 stick unsalted butter , softened

  6. 1/4 cup egg beaters (or a whole egg)

  7. 1 - 2 Tbsp. cold water

  1. Mix according to package directions with your personal add-ins. Preheat oven to 375 (350 for dark or non stick pan) lined with parchment paper. Drop by spoonfuls onto pan, leaving space between for spreading. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Let cool on pan for a few minutes then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
