  2. 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  3. 2 tbsp. sugar

  4. 1 cup mayonnaise

  5. 1/4 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  7. 12 cups finely shredded green cabbage

  8. 2 cups finely shredded carrots

  9. 1 cup golden raisins

  1. Whisk together the vinegar and sugar in a large bowl until the sugar dissolves. Whisk in the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add the cabbage, carrots and raisins and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate the coleslaw at least 30 minutes before serving.
