  1. 1 small onion, chopped

  2. 4 cups chicken stock

  3. 2 tbsp. butter

  4. 2 cups water

  5. 3 medium potatoes, diced

  6. 1 tsp. salt

  7. 1 small celery stalk, diced heavy cream to taste

  8. 1 cup shredded cabbage salt and pepper to taste Chopped dill to taste

  1. Method : Cook onion in butter until slightly wilted. Add vegetables, soup stock, water and salt. Cook till vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in dill to taste – bring to boil. Add heavy cream to taste.
