  1. GUACAMOLE DIP

  2. 1 avocado, peeled and seeded

  3. 1 T lemon juice

  4. 2 T chopped canned green chiles

  5. 1/2 C chopped tomato

  6. 2 T mayonnaise

  7. 1 t salt

  8. 1/8 t garlic powder

  9. 4 drops hot pepper sauce

  10. Cooked artichokes, chilled

  11. Puree avocado with lemon juice in blender. In small bowl, combine

  12. avocado mixture, green chiles, tomato, mayonnaise, salt, garlic

  13. powder and hot pepper sauce. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with

  14. chilled artichokes, if desired.
