  5. 2 tb Cold water

  6. 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin

  7. 1/2 c Boiling water

  8. 1/2 c Sugar

  9. 1/2 c Orange juice

  10. 2 tb Lemon juice

  11. 1/3 c Midori melon liqueur

  12. 1 c Heavy cream

  13. 1 Baked 9-inch deep pie shell

  14. 1 c Honeydew melon balls

  15. GLAZE:

  16. 1/4 c Apricot preserves

  17. 1 tb Grand Marnier or other

  18. -orange liqueur

  19. Preparation: Place cold water in bowl and sprinkle

  20. gelatin over it. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir in

  21. boiling water. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

  22. Add orange and lemon juice and melon liqueur and stir

  23. well. Refrigerate until slightly thickened but not set.

  24. Whip cream until thick and fold in gelatin mixture.

  25. Pour into baked pie shell.

  26. Halve the melon balls and arrange on top of filling,

  27. cut side down.

  28. Heat apricot preserves and liqueur until well blended.

  29. Press through sieve into small bowl, then brush on top

  30. of melon balls. Chill pie well before serving. --
