  1. Garlic Green Beans

  2. Makes 6 servings

  3. 1 pound green beans

  4. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  5. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried

  6. 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, cut in half

  9. 1 inch of water in 2-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling;

  10. 6 to 8 mins or until crisp-tender;

  11. drain. Heat butter, oregano, garlic and salt in same saucepan over

  12. 1 to 2 mins. Add beans and olives; toss to coat.
