  1. for Lamb Kidneys With Tomatoes Recipe

  2. 12 lamb kidneys, sliced

  3. 3 tablespoons butter

  4. 2 slices bacon, chopped fine

  5. 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine

  6. 6 tomatoes, chopped

  7. 3 tablespoons vinegar

  8. Seasonings to taste

  1. Put in a stew pan the tomatoes, bacon, onion, vinegar and seasonings.

  2. Let cook slowly for 20 minutes.

  3. Put butter in a frying pan.

  4. Put on fire.

  5. When nearly brown, add the lamb kidneys.

  6. Fry quickly, stirring with a fork.

  7. Let fry for about 3 minutes.

  8. Pour butter and kidneys into tomato mixture.

  9. Remove from fire.

  10. Mix well and serve.
