  1. 8 cups Crispix

  2. 3 cups mini marshmallows

  3. 2 ounces unsalted butter Ice Cream, your favorite flavor, mine is what's new for the season White Chocolate Sprinkles

  1. Have a cookie sheet set aside, sprayed with pan spray.

  2. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter. Add in marshmallows and stir until smooth. Add in Crispix.

  3. Press Crispix mix onto cookie sheet into an even layer.

  4. Let set for 1 hour.

  5. Using a round cookie cutter, 2 inches, or preferred size, cut out as many rounds as you need.

  6. Using your favorite ice cream, frosting or other tasty filling, scoop a heaping scoop of filling onto a cut out. Squish the second cut out onto the filling. Freeze.

  7. While freezing, melt white chocolate over a double broiler. Once chocolate has melted, dip sandwiches half way into the chocolate sprinkle with your favorite Easter sprinkles. Freeze for later or enjoy immediately!
