  1. 3/4 cup chocolate chips

  2. 1/4 cup butter

  3. 3 eggs

  4. 6 dates , pitted and finely diced

  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  6. 1/2 cup brown rice flour

  7. 1/3 cup cocoa

  8. 1 tablespoon sugar

  9. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  1. In a large microwave safe bowl melt chocolate chips with butter.

  2. In a blender blend eggs, diced dates, and vanilla.

  3. Pour blender contents into chocolate mix.

  4. Fold in cocoa, flour, and sugar.

  5. Add baking soda.

  6. Pour batter (it will be thick) into a greased square baking pan.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes.
