  1. 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  2. 2 tablespoons sliced green onion

  3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  4. 1 teaspoon dried dillweed

  5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  7. Dash garlic powder

  1. In blender container or food processor place cottage cheese, green onion, parsley, dill, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill, covered, 1 hour, or up to 24 hours. Serve with sliced raw vegetables or crackers.
