  1. 453 1/29 g lean ground beef

  2. 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce

  3. 1 1/53 ml onion powder

  4. 1/29-1 1/53 ml salt

  5. 1/29-1 1/53 ml black pepper

  6. 28 1/34 package g brown gravy mix (packet size varies)

  7. 297 2/3 can g condensed cream of mushroom soup

  8. 141.74 can g evaporated milk

  1. Mix 2 tsp of the brown gravy with the rest of the patty ingredients then form into 2 inch circles. Brown the patties in a skillet on medium until cooked through.

  2. Mix the ingredients together for the gravy, stirring well. Pour over the cooked patties then cover with a lid & simmer on low for 7 minutes.

  3. Serve hot over mashed potatoes.
