  1. 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  2. 3/4 teaspoon paprika

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  5. 4 (175g) monkfish fillets

  6. 4 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4.

  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, paprika, salt and pepper.

  3. Place the fish fillets on a non-stick or parchment lined baking tray. Brush the fillets evenly with the butter mixture and sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of each fillet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
