  1. 1 1/2 sticks butter , softened

  2. 3/4 C sugar

  3. 1 tbsp water

  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla

  5. 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  6. 2 C oats , uncooked powdered sugar

  1. Mix butter and sugar in large bowl. Add water, vanilla and cocoa; mix well. Mix in oats. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar to cover. Refridgerate for 30 minutes. Keep refridgerated.
