  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Smoked beef brisket - diced

  2. 2 Garlic - minced

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Black pepper

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cumin

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ginger

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red pepper flakes

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Can tomato paste (small)

  8. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Boiling water

  9. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Tomato (medium)

  10. 4 oz 113g Can v

  11. 8 juice

  12. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Onion - diced

  13. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  14. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chili powder

  15. 1 tablespoon 15ml Paprika

  16. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry mustard

  17. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oregano

  18. 1 teaspoon 5ml Can tomato sauce (large)

  19. 1/2 Cheap beer

  20. 1 Jalapeno

  1. Only use Smoked Brisket. Do not use ground beef.

  2. Heat the brisket with a little oil. Drain and remove meat. Saute onion and garlic in the left over oil. Add all the spices and let everything roast awhile in the pot. Add the beef back to the pot and add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, V8 juice, tomato, Jalapeno, and beer. Cover and simmer for 1 hr. Add more beer if chili gets too dry.
