  1. 1 package Cocoa Biscotti Mix

  2. 1/2 cup melted butter

  3. 4 eggs

  4. 3/4 cup raspberry jam

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the Simply Organic Cocoa Biscotti Baking mix, butter and eggs. Chill dough for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Make an indentation with your thumb and fill with raspberry jam.

  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
