  1. 1 1/2 pkts tea finger biscuits

  2. 125gms butter

  3. 75gms icing sugar

  4. 1 can nestle cram or fresh cream (double whipped)

  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  6. 1/2 tsp almond essence

  7. 1/2 cup milk

  8. 1tsp coffee (instant)

  9. 6 tablespoons almonds (3 T chopped and 3 T slivered)

  1. Blend the butter and icing sugar till creamy.

  2. Add cream and essence and mix well till creamy and light 3. Mix coffee and milk together and dip the biscuits one by one and layer in a dish.

  3. Mix chopped nuts into cream mixture and layer on top of first layer of biscuits.

  4. Repeat again till almond cream mixture and biscuits are finished.

  5. Finally Garnish with slivered almonds.

  6. Cover and chill for 2 hours
