  1. 2 pounds sweet potatoes

  2. 1 cup orange juice

  3. 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

  4. 1/3 cup dry sherry

  5. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  6. 1 tablespoon McCormick Orange Peel

  7. 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Ground Cinnamon

  8. 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Ground Ginger

  9. 1/8 teaspoon McCormick Ground Cloves

  10. 25 to 35 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

  11. 2-inch pieces. Arrange in 8-inch square baking pan.

  12. Place remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat to boil, stirring. Boil 3 minutes and pour over potatoes.

  13. 350 F oven

  14. 1 hour, basting often to glaze.
