  1. Country Cole Slaw

  2. 1 medium sized green cabbage

  3. 1 medium onion

  4. 1 vine ripe tomato

  5. 1/4 cup vinegar

  6. 3/4 cup mayonaise

  7. 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  9. 1/2 teaspoon dill

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. Coarsely chop cabbage, including the very green outer leaves. Place

  12. in large bowl. Coarsely chop onion and tomatoes. Add to cabbage.

  13. Mix vinegar, mayonaise and celery salt together. Set aside. Just

  14. before serving add to cabbage mixture. Then add salt, pepper and dill to taste.
