  1. 3 Firm big tomatoes

  2. 1 Onion chopped fine

  3. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Carrot peeled and grated

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Coriander finely chopped

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Green chutney

  6. Freshly powdered cumin seeds - (jeera)

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Puffed rice cleaned

  1. Slice tomatoes into thick slices.

  2. Arrange on the plate side by side.

  3. Dot each slice with both the chutneys.

  4. Sprinkle salt and jeera powder.

  5. Sprinkle the grated carrot and then the onion on all slices.

  6. Sprinkle the puffed rice on top.

  7. Garnish with chopped coriander.

  8. Serve immediately.
