    4. 1 sm Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper

    5. - Peeled, Seeded and Minced

    6. 1/4 c Chopped Onion

    7. 1 Minced Garlic Clove

    8. 1/2 ts Red Wine Vinegar

    1. Mix all ingredients.

    2. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican foods.

    3. Great in guacamole.
