  1. 4 cups Cooked & Shredded Chicken

  2. 1 1/ 2 Cup of Green Grapes , slice in half or whole

  3. 1 cup Pecan Pieces

  4. 1/2 cup Mayo , you can sub for hummus to be healthy

  5. 1/4 cup Sour Cream

  6. 4 Tbsp Honey

  7. 1 tsp Poppy Seeds

  8. Pepper To Taste , i do about 3 shakes

  9. 1/2 Red Onion Diced

  10. 2 tsp Lemon Juice

  11. Head of Lettuce or Romaine Lettuce , optional

  1. Combine cooked/diced chicken, grapes, oinion, and pecans in a large bowl, set aside.

  2. stir mayo, sour cream, honey, poppy seeds, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl to blend well.

  3. add to chicken mixture and toss well to coat.

  4. serve by itself or put a scoop into lettuce leaves for a healthy lettuce wrap
