    1. 2 cups sugar

    2. 2 sq. chocolate -- (2 to 3)

    3. 1 tablespoon butter

    4. 2/3 cup light cream -- (milk will work)

    5. 2 tablespoons corn syrup

    6. 1 pinch salt

    1. Preparation : Combine in heavy pan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Continue to cook until a little dropped in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy. Put in a shallow pan.
