  8. 1 x Pepper; Dash Of --QUICK CREME FRAICHE--

  9. 1/3 c Whipping Cream

  10. 2/3 c Dairy Sour CreamJalapeno peppers shoud be seeded and finely chopped. You should use no

  11. more than 2 depending on how hot you want it. --

  12. Cook chile (s) and garlic in oil over low heat, stirring frequently, until

  13. tender, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients

  14. including the creme fraiche.

  15. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of sauce.

  16. QUICK CREME FRAICHE:

  17. Gradually stir whipping cream into sour cream. Cover and refrigerate up

  18. to 48 hours. --
