  1. 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach , defrosted and water drained

  2. 1 pkg. cream cheese

  3. 1 carton sour cream

  4. 1 onion , finely diced

  5. 1 bunch green onion s, finely diced

  6. 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

  7. 1 clove garlic, crushed Morton's Nature's Seasoning to taste

  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in a little butter, on low until soft. Add the spinach and heat through slowly. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, red pepper flakes and seasoning. Heat through until bubbly. Remove from heat and add the feta cheese. Gently stir. Serve warm or cold.
