  1. 5 cups cubed cooked chicken

  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  3. 2 tablespoons orange juice

  4. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 3 cups cooked rice

  7. 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

  8. 1 1/2 cups sliced celery

  9. 1 1/2 cups small seedless grapes

  10. 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

  11. 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

  12. 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Fold in rice, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, pineapple and oranges. Cover and dill until ready to serve; stir in almonds. ');
