  1. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  2. 1/2 cup canola oil

  3. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  4. 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce

  5. 3 tablespoons steak sauce

  6. 2 tablespoons dried minced onion

  7. 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke, optional

  8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  9. 1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 pounds)

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the steak; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium-hot heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°) Slice steak across the grain. Yield: 6 servings.
