  1. 100 g Phoenix mushrooms

  2. 100 g Snow peas/Mangetout

  3. 200 g 2 tbsp Corn starch

  4. 2 tsp Water adequate to mix with corn starch to make a paste Freshly Minced Garlic

  5. 1 tsp Freshly Minced Ginger

  6. 1 tsp Panda Brand Oyster Sauce

  7. 2 tbsp Premium Soy Sauce

  8. 2 tsp

  1. Trim mushrooms and cut into bite size pieces and set aside until required. Top and tail the snow peas and set aside until required. Heat oil in a wok or fry pan over medium heat and toss mushrooms and snow peas for a minute. Add Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and toss for a couple of minutes until aromatic. Reduce heat and add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and sugar. Stir until all vegetables are well coated and all ingredients are combined. Add corn starch mixture and simmer until sauce is thickened and vegetables are al dente. Serve immediately.
