  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Yucca, cassava or tapioca

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Baking soda

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Eggs (medium)

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oil

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt Clear honey

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook the peeled yucca with a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Remove when it is cooked to the center. Mash and mix with the eggs and flour. Make into patties and fry in hot oil. Brown on both sides. Eat with honey. It is very delicious.
