  1. 2 sm Chickens (frying),

  2. -cut into serving- -size pieces 1/4 c Oil

  3. 2 t Salt, to taste

  4. 3 t Curry powder,

  5. -(or more, to taste) 1 lg Onion, sliced

  6. 1 lg Green pepper, cut -into strips 1 lg Tomato, skinned and -sliced 1/4 c Peanut butter, crunchy

  7. 1/4 c Water

  8. 30 minutes or until tender. Remove chicken pieces to a dish, or over rice. Blend peanut butter with water and stir into gravy. Heat to boiling while stirring constantly. Serve.
