  2. 1/2c. green pepper; chopped

  3. 1/2c. celery; chopped

  4. 2tbs. mayonnaise

  5. 1tbs. worcestershire sauce

  6. 1tbs. butter; melted

  7. 1-1 1/8oz. pk. Hollandaise sauce mix

  8. 4 English muffins , split and toasted

  1. How to make it Combine first 5 ingredients; saute mixture in melted butter until thoroughly heated. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions. Spoon crabmeat mixture over cut sides of English muffins; top with Hollandaise sauce.
