  2. HERBED BREAD STUFFING

  6. 1/2 c Chopped celery

  10. 1/3 c Margarine or buffer

  11. 3 c Soft bread cubes

  14. 1/4 ts Salt

  15. 1/4 ts Dried thyme leaves

  16. 1/8 ts Pepper

  17. Cook celery and onion in margarine in 10-inch skillet,

  18. stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in

  19. about I cup of the bread cubes. Turn into deep bowl.

  20. Add remaining ingredients; toss. Stuff chicken just

  21. before roasting

  22. 6 or 7 servings. Note: To bake stuffing separately, turn into ungreased

  23. 400! oven

  24. 375! oven

  25. 40 minutes.

  26. Corn Bread stuffing: Substitute corn bread cubes for the soft bread cubes.

  27. Giblet Stuffing: Chop Cooked Giblets and add with the

  28. remaining ingredients.
