  1. Fresh field greens

  2. 1/4 c fresh blueberries

  3. 3 fresh strawberries , hulled and sliced

  4. a few strips of roasted red peppers

  5. 2 oz. feta , crumbled

  6. 1" piece of a leek , julienned and fried crisp

  7. sliced almonds , toasted

  8. 1 grilled chicken breast , sliced then OR 1 small grilled ribeye, sliced

  9. raspberry vinaigrette

  1. On a serving plate, build a bed of greens, sprinkle with berries, scatter the roasted red peppers over those. Scatter the feta, then the fried leeks, almonds, and last top with steak or chicken. Serve with raspberry vinaigrette and enjoy.
