  1. 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

  2. 1 cup sliced bananas

  3. 1/2 cup Hungry Jack ® Original Syrup

  4. 2 cups Hungry Jack ® Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (Just Add Water)

  5. 1 1/2 cups water

  6. 3/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

  7. Crisco ® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

  1. MIX strawberries, bananas and syrup until well combined. Set aside.

  2. COMBINE pancake mix, water and chocolate chips. Stir just until large lumps disappear.

  3. HEAT skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375ºF. Spray with no-stick cooking spray. Pour 1 tablespoon batter for each pancake onto heated pan or griddle to form mini pancakes. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve pancakes topped with fruit mixture.
