  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Shallots - minced

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic - minced

  3. 1/2 5 oz. Worcestershire sauce

  4. 2 oz 56g Jack Daniel's whiskey

  5. 4 oz 113g Cold butter

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Parsley - chopped

  7. 1 Black pepper
