  2. Mint Truffles2

  6. 10 Oz Mint Chocolate Chips

  7. 1/4 C Butter or margarine

  8. 1/3 C Whipping Cream

  9. 1 Pkg Chocolate Sprinkles (3Oz)

  10. Melt chips with whipping cream and butter in heavy, medium saucepan over

  11. low heat, stirring occasionally.

  12. Pour into pie pan. Refrigerate until mixture is fudgy, but soft, about 2

  13. hours.

  14. 1 tablespoon of the mixture into 1-1/4 inch ball. To shape,

  15. roll mixture in your palms. Place ball on waxed paper.

  16. Place sprinkles in shallow bowl.

  17. Roll balls in sprinkles, place in petit four or candy cases.( if coating

  18. mixture won't stick because truffle has set, roll between your palms

  19. until outside is soft.

  20. Truffles can be refrigerated 2-3 days or frozen several weeks.

  21. Hint: Truffles are coated with cocoa, powdered sugar, nuts, sprinkles or cookie

  22. crumbs to add flavor and prevent the truffle from melting in your
