  1. 1 c. hot pepper, sliced

  2. 1 c. mild peppers, sliced

  3. 1/2 c. sliced black olives

  4. 1/2 c. sliced green olives

  5. 1 celery stalk, chopped

  6. 1/4 c. cubed provolone cheese

  7. 1/2 of small stick pepperoni

  8. 2 tbsp. olive oil

  9. Seasonings

  1. Combine all ingredients together. Sprinkle with basil, oregano and Italian seasoning.

  2. Let marinate for a couple hours before serving. Lasts several days in refrigerator. Makes about 4 cups.
