  1. 12 oz 340g Spaghetti

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sesame oil

  3. 1 1/2 cups 165g / 5.8oz Carrots - grated

  4. 1 1/2 cups 240g / 8 1/2oz Bean sprouts

  5. 4 Green onions - chopped

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Orange rind - grated

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Orange juice

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Tahini (optl)

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Soy sauce

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Granulated sugar

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Hot pepper sauce

  12. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Peanuts - chopped

  13. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Fresh coriander - chopped

  1. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or until tender but firm; drain and rinse under cold water.

  2. Drain well and transfer to bowl; toss with sesame oil.

  3. Add carrots, bean sprouts, onions and orange rind.

  4. Combine orange juice, tahini, soy sauce, sugar and hot pepper sauce; toss with spaghetti mixture.

  5. Sprinkle with peanuts and coriander.
