  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Lean ground beef

  2. 1 Deviled ham

  3. 2 Eggs beaten slightly

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated onion

  5. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Soft bread crumbs

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Allspice

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  9. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Flour

  10. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Catsup

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dill weed

  13. 1 cup 237ml Dairy sour cream

  1. Combine beef and ham , with milk and eggs, onion, bread crumbs, salt, allspice and pepper. Shape into meatballs about 2" in diameter. (If desired meatballs may be smaller).

  2. Carefully arrange meatballs in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours. Turn control to high. Stir in flour that has been dissolved in 1/4 C water. Add catsup and dill weed.

  3. Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Turn heat off, stir in sour cream.
